Where do you ship from?

We ship from New York, USA.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate fee of $5.00 for any orders shipped in the USA. We offer free shipping for any domestic order over $50! During certain times of the year, we may offer free shipping at a lower minimum or even on all orders so keep a look out for those!

International Shipping

For delivery to Canada, our rates are the following:

For delivery to anywhere else in the world, our rates are the following:

In some instances, an international package may be charged an overweight or size fee. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipment.

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday-Saturday. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process. Once shipped, it typically takes 2-7 business days for delivery within the US.

For orders shipped to Canada, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

For orders shipped anywhere else, delivery can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

Please note that some packages may be held and delayed by customs, requiring additional processing time.

What is your international order policy?

We love our international customers! However, Bayberry Co. is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, fees, or any other charges that may be incurred during delivery to you. The customer is responsible for any additional charges.

I am missing an item or received a damaged item.

We sincerely apologize for the mistake! Please contact us at shopbayberryco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package to file a claim with us.

The color of the items I received seems off. What’s the deal?

While we do the best we can to capture the exact color of all our items during photography, the color may be a bit off due to the resolution and brightness of your screen.

My package is lost/damaged. What can I do?

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We use USPS for the majority of our shipments. You may contact them at:

Bayberry Co. is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit.
