Returns/Exchanges

RETURNS:

We offer refunds for regular priced items only. All sale items are final sale. All items sent back to us must be new, unworn, and free of any odor. To be eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us within 7 days of receiving your package to shopbayberryco@gmail.com and tell us your name, order number, and reason for the return.
  2. You will receive an email from us with the address that you can ship the item back to.
  3. Please package the items carefully and use the shipping carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  4. We recommend adding a tracking number to your package to ensure delivery. Bayberry Co. is not responsible for any lost return packages.

Once your package is received, we will inspect your items and notify you of your return. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

If we receive a returned package without prior notice, your return may be denied.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEMS:

At Bayberry Co., we do our very best to make sure that all items being shipped out are not damaged or incorrect. However if you believe that there has been an error, please let us know at shopbayberryco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package and we will make everything right! :)

EXCHANGES:

Because we are constantly moving our inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order and return your item(s) for a refund.
